1、 Blind plate type pressure test bench is used for large valves. During pressure test, the flange on one side of the valve is pressed under the pressure test bench with bolts, and the pressure is pressed from the lower side. The upper side is observed for sealing, or the upper side is sealed with blind plate, and the lower side is pressed to check the strength. During the test, the two ends of the valve body directly bear the compression force, which is easy to cause seal deformation, thus affecting the accuracy of the test. Therefore, the compression force should not be too large. On the premise of ensuring that the valve end face does not leak, the smaller the compression force is, the better.

2、 Turn over the pressure test bench and hang the blind plate: the flange at the valve side is tightened on the pressure test bench with three oil pressure hook-shaped pressure plates, and the flange at the other side is sealed by the lifting oil cylinder to tighten the blind plate for strength test of the valve. Because the valve ends are not subject to axial force, the valve sealing surface will not deform, so the test is more accurate.

Valve water-free test press: What is the function of valve test press? What brand is good?

There are relevant standard methods for valve pressure test

Functions are tested according to different valves

Please accept if it is useful

Valve water-free test press: is the electric contact pressure gauge of the valve test press safety protection

No, because water or compressed air are used for the pressure test of the valve press, these media are safe and harmless, so explosion-proof instruments are not required.

Valve water-free test press: do you know the pressure test methods of various valves

Generally, water is used as the pressure test medium for the valve, and the upstream of the valve is connected with the pressure test pipeline (flange or thread). After the valve is closed, the upstream water is injected to increase the pressure to the specified pressure and the pressure remains unchanged according to the pressure test regulations. Observe the sealing state at the downstream of the valve. If there is leakage, collect and measure it, that is, the amount of leakage within the specified time. For valves with high sealing requirements, compressed air is used as the medium for pressure test. During the pressure test, the valve shall be immersed in water. If there is leakage, bubbles will be seen in the water, and then the gas gathering and drainage method can be used to collect bubbles. Similarly, the bubble shall be measured to obtain the leakage amount within the specified time.
